ChatGPT Can Now Add Code Directly into Xcode – No More Copy-Paste!

ChatGPT just made coding easier! Now, it can add code directly into Xcode, VS Code, and other editors without you having to copy and paste.

The new "Apply" button and auto-apply feature save time and make coding smoother. It works like GitHub Copilot and Swift Assist, helping developers work faster. And good news—this feature is coming to Windows soon too! 🚀

🔥 What’s New?

✅ "Apply" Button – Inserts generated code directly into your project.
✅ Auto-Apply Code – Adds code automatically without extra steps.
✅ Supports Multiple Editors – Works with Xcode, VS Code, and more.
✅ Coming to Windows Soon – Microsoft users will get this feature soon.

This update makes ChatGPT work like GitHub Copilot and Swift Assist, Apple's built-in AI coding tool.

OpenAI has announced that all Mac users, including those on the free plan, will soon get new ChatGPT features on their desktops.

These features will also expand to other apps and coding platforms, though OpenAI hasn’t revealed which ones yet.

Windows users don’t have to wait too long either—OpenAI's Alexander Embiricos confirmed on X (formerly Twitter) that these features will be available on Windows soon.

Swift Assist runs on Apple’s private cloud, ensuring better security since your code isn’t stored or used for AI training. If privacy is a concern, Swift Assist may be a safer choice than ChatGPT.

With WWDC 2025 happening in June, we can expect even more AI-powered coding features soon! 🚀
